2019 Beauty Favourites

Thought I'd do a beauty favourite post for 2019!

There are so many beauty products that I am loving this year, I had to whittle it down to my top few. A brand that has been smashing it in 2019 with there products is Huda Beauty. All of her products are high quality and long lasting. 

I have been trying to find a good foundation for a long long time, I have used many brands, even Fenty, and I have found Huda Beautys "Faux Filter" to be long lasting, good coverage and easy to apply.  I use the shade "Cheesecake" and It is the perfect match for me!

I am also constantly using her "power Bullet Matte Lipstick" in the shade "Interview".

This shade is such a natural colour, and is long wear, It doesn't smudge and again is very long lasting.

some other products I am loving are the "Becca cosmetics shimmering skin perfector in Champagne Pop" and the "Fenty Beauty killawatt freestyle highlighter in the shade Trophy Wife". These two highlights are very blinding and you maybe only need one swipe to put on, unless you want to go out full glam!

Last but no means least everyone's favourite the "Collection lasting perfection concealer" I use the shade "Fair" to brighten my under eyes.

This year we added a new little member to the family!

meet Lilly-Mae.

Lilly -Mae is a Griffon Petit Brabancon X, she is mixed with a pug and a shih-Zu.

She is a little monkey but I wouldn't change her for the world!

Since visiting stores such as Pets for home, I have noticed the amount of cute dog clothes and coats and I just cant resist. 

Here are some of the jumpers and bits I have brought for her! She loves putting on her jumper and jumps with joy when she sees it ( which I was very shocked about!)

We brought Lilly from a puppy, for anyone thinking about getting a puppy, they are alot of work and need alot of your time so make sure you are prepared!

She may be a lot of work but the company and having a little companion is the best thing in the world!

Disney Land Magic

Helloo !

So I wanted to write a little blog post about my latest trip!

My boyfriend surprised me with tickets to Disney land Paris!

I had been talking about going there for ages, and I am a massive Disney fan!

The park is so gorgeous, and the Disney Castle is so beautiful in real life!

Walking around the park felt like a dream, forgetting your worries and exploring.

My boyfriend got us two day park tickets, which let us into both Parks when we pleased over the two days. 

Although there deffo is a lot of walking involved!!! it is so so worth every penny!

Picking what I was going to wear both days was quite hard! I wanted to keep it casual yet dressy!

I went for a black tie up top, pairing it with some blue mom jeans. And on the second day I wore my Zara puff sleeve dress, which I have previously blogged about!

I had the best weekend ever, and I intend to go back as soon as possible!!

So I've been obsessed with Zara recently! (because of my boyfriend!) and they are dropping some amazing pieces at the moment, including this gorgeous Puff sleeve dress. My favourite thing about this dress is that It is knitted! Knitted jumpers/dresses + puff sleeves = Dream!

I've paired it with some tights as its a little chilly, my sock boots from River Island, and my croc bag.

J'adore, J'adore

So I'm heading off to Paris soon and I'm trying to find outfits for the trip.

I found this beautiful blouse with puff sleeves and a tie neck. I wouldn't usually pick a blouse up, but trying this on, and with the tie neck it was perfect!

As I explained in my last post I am obsessed with puff sleeves at the moment! I love how the sleeves on this blouse are see through, and the buttons are a gorgeous shape and colour.

I paired the blouse with a black buttoned skirt, my black beret and some croc court heels.

I'm loving berets at the moment, and styling different outfits with them.

I brought this gorgeous puff sleeve bodysuit recently, I'm loving puff sleeves at the moment!

I styled it with these smart H&M trousers and my Gucci belt.

Snake Print

 

Snake Print has recently blown up across the fashion world, at first I was a bit unsure, but since trying it out i absolutely love it. I found this gorgeous snake print bodysuit on boohoo and loved the on/off shoulder design, and its a very stretchy comfy material which makes it 10x better!

I thought I'd go ahead and pair it with my white knitted skirt, amazing to throw on with any outfit, my cat eye sunglasses, my new leather jacket from Zara, I have always loved leather jackets, but never been a fan of the collars, I was super happy when I found this beautiful one which fits like a glove. and of course my new shiny kitten heels.   

If your'e feeling too cold with a leather jacket, put on a big over-sized teddy coat and you're good to go!

So It's still freezing cold outside and having a warm coat is essential,

The new trend carried on from the end of last year has been teddy coats.

I found this beautiful long teddy coat from Missy Empire, I thought I'd go for the black colour.

This coat is very over-sized and can be worn many ways, off the shoulder, I've tied it up with a tie from another coat of mine as this gives it some shape!

I've teamed it with a pair of black patient heels, my black croc bag, and some gorgeous cat eye sunglasses!

Sparkling Into The New Year

Hey Lovely's

I thought I'd do a little review on this beautiful palette i purchased recently.

For one if you have never heard of the brand Iconic, where have you been hiding?

I saw this palette advertised on Iconic's Instagram and some swatches and straight away brought it!

I can tell you now the loose pigment glitter in this palette definitely matches the pigmented description, as you can see from my swatches!

The first noticeable thing about this product is the gorgeous gold packaging, which is simple yet elegant!

you can use this glitter for anything, eye shadow, body glitter, highlighter the list goes on.

I wore this as body glitter for my Christmas work do and it did not disappoint.

compared to other loose glitters I have used in the past this overtakes the rest by a mile, and stays on all night!

This palette includes a mixture of golds and silvers.

I don't think I have anything negative to say apart from make sure your'e careful when opening as one hit of the palette and you will have glitter all over your bedroom floor!

Bring It On 2019

Hello Lovely's!

Happy New Year 2019

How quickly did 2018 go though??!

Hopefully 2019 will be a good one!

When it comes to fashion I think 2019 will be full of strange new trends and even crazier clothing which I'm definitely excited about.

Today I thought I'd go with a look I love!

I've paired an over sized cream jumper and layered a satin black dress on top. This is such an easy stylish outfit, pair some statement earrings and a cute bag and your'e good to go!

I think any colour satin dress is a statement piece to keep hold of in your wardrobe.

I'm also still obsessed with my perspex heels! I think they may have been the best trend of 2018.
